SHIPPING INFORMATION

SAFE PACKAGE WITH SPEED AND RELIABILITY

Orders are packed and shipped throughout Monday to Friday. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours from the order date via FedEx, USPS or DHL. Orders placed during weekends and selected holidays will be processed on the next business day. After its shipment, you can find its tracking number on your Order Page and track its status at www.fedex.com, www.usps.com or www.dhl.com respectively.


If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your shipment may be delayed for an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.


A contact number will be necessary for safe and quick delivery service via FedEx or DHL. Please fill out your contact number for each order.


PLEASE NOTE:
ililily does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our various distribution centers in California (USA), London (UK), Seoul (South Korea) and Tokyo (Japan).

ODD Charges:
Basically, the shipping charge is calculated by the shipping weight. But, there is an area that charges an 'Extended Delivery Area(ODD Charge)' fee.
The fee collected by the shipping company as a postal code of the customer.
We included the ODD charge on the shipping charge on our web site, you might check the charge on the cart.

P.O. BOX/APO FPO ADDRESSES:
We are unable to ship to these addresses currently but are in the exploring this shipping option with the hope of providing it in the near future. Note: Nixon will not deliver to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address but these addresses may be used as billing addresses if needed.


CUSTOMS INFORMATION:
Orders are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to your country’s Customs Duties and Import Taxes. Unfortunately we have no control over this and it would be best to contact your local customs office to seek their advice should you have any ort questions. Please kindly note that we are unable to reimburse any costs incurred for any customs duties and import taxes incurred.

It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages delivered outside of countries where our distribution center located, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

We may dispatch your ordered goods from multiple warehouses so please be aware that your order may be split into two or three packages and may not arrive together in one delivery.
