RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Online purchases made through ililily.com are valid for refund within 15 days from the delivery date.
For submitting the return request, please contact us via support email (support@ililily.com) with your order number. You must send an email within 15 days from the delivery date.
Items must be returned unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached and in brand new condition. Jewelry must be placed in its original packaging
Please note: SALE MERCHANDISES, UNDERWEAR, SWIMWEAR, AND ALL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW.
Return guideline:
- Pack the unworn item into the original package and then pack the package into a shipping carton or shipping bag or shipping wrapping paper.
- Secure the package with box tape.
- Take the package to nearest shipping outlet (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx Office, Royal Mail etc.) to ship to our return shipping address.
IMPORTANT: The customer will have to bear the return shipping cost and there will be no reimbursement provided for return shipping cost. If customer were to apply shipping charges to the seller, it will be billed back to the customer and the customer will have to pay for the cost.
Please attach the return label on the package and send to the return address informed to you. Return addresses may be different for different items.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to be reflected on your credit card statement. For returns from international and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you made your purchase using a gift card, e-gift card, or store credit, refunds will be issued to the original card that was used.
